Move the Vehicle
You should do your best to move the vehicle off to the right side of the road as possible. If this means driving a vehicle that has been in an accident or driving on a flat tire, that is just fine. Make the call for the tow after you have taken all of the preceding safety measures. Use your surroundings to direct the driver to your location.
