Industrial coatings are often necessary for many parts and products that have been produced by many industries. Machines, product parts, tools, equipment and other metal objects are usually coated with various chemicals and substances to protect them from rust, the elements, degrading and from wear and tear. OEM Teflon coatings are used for products needing water or solvent based primer or topcoat. They are also used for epoxy primers and urethanes.

Joist Coatings

Steel joist coatings typically require primers. This is necessary for ensuring that structures maintain their integrity.

Wood Coatings

Industrial coating applications are also available for wood products as well as metal. Items such as wood siding, beams, and furniture can all be coated.

Protective and Maintenance Coatings

Maintenance coatings are used for heavy duty and high performing industrial applications. Structures such as bridges, buildings, off-shore oil rigs and chemical plants would use this type of coating. The coatings are about 4 mm thick to provide optimal strength. Powder coatings and special marine coatings are two other types of industrial applications.
