Putting my cards straight on the table; I confess that I do not have a favorite; I have only been vaping for around 3 years and I am still experimenting. In some ways, I get a bigger buzz out of trying all the variations of E Liquid Flavors in different strengths and in different ratios within my individual cocktail. I do slip up from time to time and; having made up a perfect batch; I can’t quite remember exactly what went into it – a bit like my cooking; did I use one pinch of that spice or two? However, I have come to one surprising conclusion; when I first mixed my E Liquid Flavors I used a lot of the non-flavored propylene glycol base with the maximum nicotine content and then added coffee, vanilla and rum all also at maximum nicotine content. I vaporized it all over the course of about a week and nearly threw my e-cig device away; this simply was not for me. For me, the problem was the high nicotine strength; I had taken up E-Cig Vaping to, at least, reduce; if not eliminate my dependence on cigarettes (nicotine patches, chewing gum and other gimmicks had been tried; but, only seemed to increase my weekly consumption of cigarettes). E-cigs were going the same way; I got real enjoyment from vaping them; but, soon after, I found that I was craving to light up a cigarette – defeat of purpose!
Lighten The Mix
I decided to persevere with my e-cigs; but, I also tried using e-cig E Liquid Flavors with reduced nicotine content; the fruity, etc flavors that I liked were retained; but, all liquid flavors were either zero; or contained very low levels of nicotine. Maybe, I am something of an oddball; but, with my reduced nicotine mixes of E Liquid Flavors; I found my e-cig vaping experience was becoming more satisfactory and I was, actually, cutting back on my cigarette purchases. Yes, I know that nicotine is supposed to be addictive; but, it appeared that nicotine was not the prime mover in my excessive consumption of cigarettes. To this day, I am still unsure why I smoke cigarettes; maybe because I started at a ridiculously young age; maybe I just like having something to occupy my hand; or, could it be the satisfaction that I get from the act of setting one on fire?
Enjoy The Taste Of A Flavor
This was exactly what I discovered through e-cigs; if I find a flavor mix that is simply perfect for my palate, I can suck away on it and completely forget the pack of cigarettes in my other pocket. By the way, my current favorite from all the E Liquid Flavors is the one based on apple pie.
