These neighborhoods have much easier access to local trails, parks, and beaches, so more active residents can get outside.

You may find floor plans ranging from 1,350 to 2,200 square feet in certain communities. Some more spacious buildings have both front and back porches. Patios are also common in some neighborhoods.
