HCG is a hormone naturally produced by out pituitary glands in very low quantities except in pregnant women. It is a hormone which chemically helps the body perform many natural functions and especially helps in natural secretion of testosterone in males and progesterone in females. It’s a lifestyle to follow. Exercise will still remain a major part of your lifestyle within such a diet and in accordance to your age.
